Our client, a member owned financial services institution, are seeking a number of new additions to their Customer Relationships team on either a permanent, fixed term and part time basis.

You will talk to customers about their wide range of financial products and services, using your enquiring mind and really listening to our customers either in person or on the phone, you’ll help to identify the right products for them – whilst letting your passion and personality shine.

So whether you’re promoting a new product or resolving a problem, you’ll always put customers first and provide an amazing service as a part of a busy team. You will also be tasked with taking ownership and contribute towards the branch’s overall performance objectives.

As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you can expect a structured, tailored development programme, to keep your knowledge up to date. And, in our regular training sessions, you’ll be able to share advice and experience with your colleagues.

Working hours are 36 hours per week Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday 9.30am – 12.00pm on a rota basis.
